2.Squeeze the air roughly out of the bag and then seal the bag completely by sliding the zipper across the bag opening. Make sure the bag is completely sealed.
3.Roll up the bag with both hands slowly and tightly to squeeze the air out, from the bag opening to the other end. The air will be squeezed out through the valve on the end.
4.You can keep the bag as one complete roll, or roll it up as needed.
