Instructions:
1. Take an ice bag and loosen the cap by turning it counter-clockwise.
2. Fill the ice bag two-thirds full with either cold tap water, ice water, crushed ice, or ice cubes.
3.Secure and fasten the cap. Turn the ice bag upside down and firmly press on the bottom to test for any leakage.
4. Take the elastic wrap and insert the ice bag into the center hole. Apply the ice bag on your desired area of treatment and secure the velcro ends of the wrap. To secure the ice bag around larger parts of your body, use the extension wrap.
