I hand mix all of my pigments into different color glowing paints to design each earring, one at a time. No two will ever be exactly the same. Glowing pigments require a charge of light in order to produce their unique glow. A regular house light will work, but ultraviolet light, like the sun or a black light will bring out the best results.
