Use Guideline:
1. Clean your hands and breast before use.using these pasties on dry skin.
2. Tear the protective cover off the back, place it on your hands with glue side upward.
3. Lean forward, place it over the nipple with the center glue free area directly over the nipple. Press firmly to make sure it sticks around the areola well.
4. When peel off the pasties: moist your pasties with heated towel for a few minutes, then slowly and tenderly peel off them.
