HOW IT WORKS
The In-Ground Dog Fence System works with a combination of training and technology. A buried wire will establish an invisible containment boundary for your pet, and transmit a harmless radio signal from the indoor radio transmitter to the wireless receiver in your dog's collar. When your dog approaches the boundary-warning zone, the radio signal will cause the dog's collar receiver to deliver a warning sound, and administer light electric shocks that will make him think twice about the great escape.
The closer your dog gets to the boundary, the more intense the warning tone will get and the frequency of the electric shock will also increase. However, the strength of the electric shock will remain the same. Even the most stubborn dog will naturally learn to avoid the correction and stay within the established boundary!
