The USA Mower Blades' All American Sharpener 5000 will quickly and easily sharpen mulching or standard lawn mower blades. This sharpener can be mounted to a bench top or held in a vice. The unique design has a vice head to hold the mower blade and an articulating arm to attach the grinder. The arm holds the grinder and ensures the proper sharpening angle each time.
The All American Sharpener 5000 includes a pin with M8x1.25 thread to connect a standard 4-1/2-inch angle grinder. The pin screws into the threaded port where the handle is usually secured.
The All American Sharpener 5000 is specifically designed to sharpen mulching blades. The sharpener has a rotating vice head that allows the operator to adjust for grinding specific areas on the lower and upper part of the mulching blade.
The All American Sharpener 5000 takes the guess work out of blade sharpening and results in consistent and even grind every time. Blades can be sharpened in a matter of seconds once tool is set up. Set up is quick and easy. Sharpener can be mounted (bolted or clamped) to almost any surface. The All American Sharpener 5000 can be easily removed from the mounting bracket for storage. Pay attention to before use :
1. Please check whether the gear of the bottom loosen or tighten before use. If it's loosen, please tighten it
2. Please check the rubber gasket and be sure it is put snugly into the bottom blade. (The rubber gasket is used to avoiding a leak)
3. Do not overfill! To avoid spilling, do not add ingredients past the Max fill line
4. Place the replacement blade onto the cup and screw it tightly until you have a good seal
5. Please make sure it in right place and locked tightly
6. Do not run your blender over 4 minutes at a time to prevent overheating of the blender
